The Path of Incarnation
Embodiment, the connection of body and soul, ritual cocoa. A massage for those who are ready to embody who they really are. Through breath, voice, movement. I welcome you to a cozy space. Together with cocoa, we set the intention of the meeting. You tune into your feelings and needs. I guide you through breathing and grounding techniques. Your nervous system relaxes. You begin to feel safe. Music and drums sound through the space. Through spontaneous movement, you find your authentic expression. Body and soul are then cared for with a massage. The ceremony slows down, the touch and breath soften. The meeting is framed by integration, reflection and gratitude.

Transformational bodywork
Bodywork. A sacred ritual with a shamanic drum, incense sticks and a blue lotus. For you if you are looking for a deeply healing experience. The opening of the sacred space takes place through conversation. The blue lotus helps you find your intention. With the sounds of the shamanic drum and the scent of incense sticks, you relax your entire being. You surrender to the present moment and higher guidance. This is followed by a massage ritual focused on releasing tension and moving stagnant energy. The final slowdown is accompanied by gentle musical instruments. Closing the space involves integration and reflection of what has been experienced.

Holistic massage
Conscious touch, deep relaxation, tension release and energy flow restoration. A meeting that helps to reconnect with the body, heart and soul. Massage taking place in a peaceful atmosphere. We start with a conversation about your current emotional and physical state. We name what the care should bring you. We continue with breathing and relaxation techniques, gentle touch and intuitive energy release. We focus on experiencing the present moment with the help of pressure techniques and intuitive and energetic touch. The holistic experience is complemented by an aromatherapy oil massage. This is followed by calming down and perceiving the effects.
