Kashmiri massage is a specific type of massage that has its roots in traditional Indian massage techniques. It focuses on overall relaxation, harmonization of body and mind, and promotes a sense of well-being.
This type of massage is striking at first glance because it is performed in a yoga pose with the giver sitting and the recipient lying across his legs. There are also 4 typical positions in which the massage is performed, each of which reflects our stages of adolescence.

Tao sensual massage
A type of massage inspired by Taoist principles that emphasize the balance of energy (yin and yang) and the harmony of body, mind and spirit.
This type of massage is aimed at awakening the life energy, known as "chi", and developing sensitivity to one's body. Taoist philosophy sees the body as a source of energy that can be enriched through sensory experiences and conscious work with energy.
